1. Rusty’s Markets
Rusty’s Markets is a very well-known market in Cairns and this should be at the top of your weekend market list!
The markets have bloomed from humble beginnings to what they are now – one of the most successful weekend markets in Australia!
The Rusty’s Market signature is its carnival atmosphere and colourful stalls. It boasts over 180 stalls which feature exotic fruit, vegetables, flowers, delicatessens, international food and beverages and more! This is an established tourist icon and is worth your visit.

3. Port Douglas Sunday Markets
Located in Market Park, the Port Douglas Sunday Market welcomes both visitors and locals alike. It is situated in a picturesque location – with mountain range and the Coral Sea in the background.
These markets have been here for almost 25 years and they provide locally produced food, fruit, vegetables and more!
