Join the Leukaemia Foundation Light the Night!
Join cancer patients, survivors, and families in the fight against Leukaemia! Our friends from the Leukaemia Foundation is proud to present a memorable fundraising walk titled Light the Night, in a massive effort to further raise awareness on the disease and provide support for the members of the community who are braving blood cancer!
The foundation will be opening this free event to everyone of all ages, so mark your calendars on October 7th, from 5 PM ‘til 8 PM. Share this event among your families and friends and invite them to come together as one community. Each of the participants will be asked to carry any of three coloured lanterns to represent their support: GOLD means to remember a loved one, WHITE symbolises their own blood cancer journey, and BLUE symbolises their love and care.
Join the Leukaemia Foundation as they hold this inspiring two-kilometre walk around the Historical Tanks along the Promenade to the Botanical Gardens Information Centre. May all the participants also be reminded that the event will be a wheelchair-friendly walk, however, bikes or scooters are discouraged. Go out there and support your loved ones and remind them to be strong!
